Vitality Wellness [EWP] Limited uses a holistic approach and brings together the most effective elements of Wellness coaching, counselling therapies, life coaching methodologies and group skills training through workshops and seminars to deliver services that can be individually tailored to your needs.

Addictions and substance abuse counselling, nutrition and fitness programs are also core programs in our services hence helping our clients to achieve their wellbeing holistically.

Online personal training is tailor made for those with busy professional lives, who travel a lot or work on shifts. Enjoy the benefits of personal training, still achieving your goals through individual coaching and guidance, keeping you up to date with the best training programs to suit your requirements.

After an initial consultation online or in person, establishing your diet, lifestyle and goals, we then put together a tailored programme to suit your lifestyle. This online service offers ongoing support, adjusting your fitness and nutrition goals each month and guiding you through your new fitness programme. Track your progress and access our training through logging in directly into our own private online members’ area.

ADDICTION & SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELLING

We know that the various forms of addictions can hijack the brain pushing someone into a roller coaster mix of abstinence and relapses. The connection of between addiction and mental health issues can b overwhelming but no matter how this may present itself, change is possible with the right assessment, treatment, coping strategies, and support. Our programs from addictions counselling, referrals and treatment can be designed for individuals and for the work place, don’t give up, even if you’ve tried and failed before.

 

COUNSELLING AND COACHING


In Coaching you will be help to set and achieve goals while in the counselling segment counselling help will be provided so that you can recognise and solve your problems in life. As a coach my main job will be helping clients move forward in life while as counsellor with vast training in human development, sexuality, family dynamics, and mental health conditions working together will give you a holistic approach to your wellbeing.

EMPLOYEES WELLNESS AND EMPLOYEES ASSITANCE PROGRAMS (EAP)

Our work site-based program goes further to support the needs of the employer and employee collectively and is designed to assist organizations in addressing productivity issues and assist employee clients in identifying and resolving personal concerns.

The solutions are not just limited to health, social, family, financial, alcohol, drug, emotional, stress or other personal issues that may affect job performance. Services under the Employee Assistance Program are divided into three categories:
