Your personal training experience, and result driven programs include nutrition and maximise on your time. This can be delivered at the comfort of your own home, in a gym or in a place of your choice like the local park or playing ground at a time convenient to you each week. Sessions last 50-60 minutes and are tailor made for you to confidently reach your goals.
From the assessments and exercise prescription we will work with you throughout each session, allowing you to improve on your techniques, motivating and encouraging you during the tougher times and continuously monitor your progress.
Start up program
Our kick start programme team will look at all the aspects of your life: food, training, stress, sleep and socialising. The assessment will help you visualise where you are in relation to your goals and allow you to receive additional support from the coach to help you stay motivated and on-track.
This way you will feel comfortable and develop trust knowing that your most precious assets (body and mind) will be cared for equally.
